Why is my score different from how I feel?

The score comes only from the four taps you make each morning. If it does not match your experience, change the taps — nothing else feeds it.

Why does the trigger map say "keep logging"?

It needs at least fourteen days, and at least eight days both with and without a given factor, before it will state anything. A finding from three mornings would be a coin flip, so we do not show one.

Does drainage work permanently?

No, and the app says so. The effect lasts hours, not days. That is why the routine is a daily one.

How do I cancel?

In your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds go through Apple.

I paid but Pro is not showing.

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, signed into the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone only. We have no server and no copy — see the Privacy Policy.
