Ebb is a wellness and appearance app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease, and it is not a medical device.
Speak to a doctor if swelling is painful, affects one side only, appears suddenly, does not settle during the day, or comes with shortness of breath, chest pain, redness or fever. Swelling can be a sign of conditions affecting the heart, kidneys, liver, thyroid or veins.
If you have lymphoedema, have had lymph nodes removed or irradiated, are pregnant, or have an active infection, blood clot or cancer, get advice from a clinician before doing self-massage. Ebb is not a substitute for treatment by a qualified lymphoedema therapist.
Guided drainage can temporarily reduce the appearance of fluid-related puffiness. The effect is short-lived — hours, not days — and Ebb says so throughout. Ebb does not claim to remove toxins, burn fat, reduce cellulite, or change your body's shape. Articles in the app carry an evidence rating so you can see how well supported each statement is.
The morning score, the expected range for tomorrow and the trigger findings are estimates calculated from what you record. They are not clinical measurements. Trigger findings are correlations across your own logged days and do not establish cause.
The morning check-in, your score, one short session per body zone and a selection of articles are available without a subscription. We may change what is included, but we will not remove your ability to record and see your own mornings.
What you record belongs to you. It is stored on your device and we hold no copy — see the Privacy Policy.
Do not decompile, resell, or attempt to circumvent purchase verification. The app, its text, its illustrations and its name are our intellectual property.
Ebb is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Ebb at any time by deleting it.
